The Sanyo charger BQ-CC17 is a universal charger. The charger can charge 4 AA or AAA batteries in parallel.
The BQ-CC17 is microprocessor controlled, which provides optimal charging of the eneloops. During charging, the LEDs light burn. At the end you see the color the charging is completed (LEDs are turned off).
